Validity: 01/03/2018 to 30/11/2018 Minimum rental: 1 week, less than 1 week after consultation. For renting less than 1 week the weekly rate will be charged. Children: are welcome from 12 years and be counted like adults.
Additional costs: water and solar electricity is included in rent.
Charges: Internet: € 10 (per week); Firewood for fireplace.
With conclusion of the contract a deposit of € 100, – to afford. The balance is to be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
Cancellation fees. In any case, at cancellation the lessor has a right to claim:

  • Cancellation up to the 45th Day before the start of the rental period: 20%
  • Cancellation up to the 35th Day before the start of the rental period: 50%
  • thereafter and no shows: 80%

This is a private rental.
